Changes / Additions - 3/23/10
* New ship graphics have been added for Vygoid and Human races.
* Exotic Matter takes up 10x less space in your cargo. You will be able to collect much more.
Artifact Changes:
* Artifacts that permanently increase stats of a ship or planet can no longer be shared, and many have higher costs than before
* Most artifacts that increase or decrease stats by percentage have had their total % effect lowered significantly, but will last longer.
* The artifact 'Planet Flux' has been increased in rarity.
