Is the mission Hijack Rescue worth doing it? what is the odds of getting ship bot from it?

4950 is a ridiculous number for a low rank like me, did anyone do this mission before care to share their experience?

I think its worth doing I have barely done it though Knowing is 4K I might do it just because of the low energy needed

what can political favors be used for besides, soldier outpost, council base, embassy, and Anti-Resistance Base ?
Seems only useful at early game?

Seems only useful at early game? You need them to build an embassy on the base.
