Invasion

 I have tried and failed several times to invade planets. i never have a higher chance then like 15%
how do i increase that percentage? |

Roughly, if you have 3x as much attack as the planet's combined attack and defence, you should get it.
There is always a 10% failure chance though. _________________          |

if you Attack is equal to the planets attack+defence+invasion defence, there is a 50-50 chance you get it. iirc.
