 XTS-10 Injector question

Post XTS-10 Injector question
So I just noticed that the XTS-10 injector reduces max pop by 150. If I put this on a small planet I would have -70 pop, so where does it stop?

yeah there is a minimum it wont go to 0. The mission is hardly worth all that low xp XTS grinding though.

My guess is 20, as that is the amount very tiny planets have... it would make it very easy to take though.
