Okay, I've got another question relating to research. Do you still get the research contract at 47,400,000 total research completed, or do you have to finish hyper logistics and all that first?

I don't know the answer, but I hope its still 47.4.... Only have about 900K to go...
edit: Just got confirmation from someone who has the research contract but not hyperlogistics. He still has the contract. Now whether it includes Dimensional Logistics....

It doesn't include Dimensional Logistics, or really any Base research I don't think, you just need that amount.

Research Contract does not require anything special to unlock it, just the 47.4 million research completed.

I unlocked it a couple weeks ago or so, it only takes the required amount of research.

Definitely confirmed. The Research Contract appeared on my research tab when I use 1 hour's worth of points (11,483) putting my total at 47,407,156.

i wasn't going to stop you since you seemed intent on verifying it yourself... you were almost there anyway
but i believe it had been confirmed a few times since the base tree was added
