Exotic Pulser Effect: +30 Attack, -10 Energy.

Does this mean - 10 seconds off the Charge time or -10 off the Energy Maximum ?

Thanks! At 400 Exotic & 4000 Energy units per Pulser, that dulls the hell out of its edge, especially since 6 attack density is attainable via research.

yes but it does not count towards your cannon cap so it is useful for extra little boosts.

Absolutely true!

However, If that was the original intent, then the mission would not be enabled until Rank level 150 - 250, not well below Rank level 100.

PS: Garbage in = garbage out, and, I fight with mutually exclusive prioritized logic.

What I do is right before I level up or use and energy cube is. I take off all of them as well as anything else that takes up energy to use. That way once I get my refill I get all the energy I can hold. So then the pulser never hurts me.
