I am interested in knowing which option is better, just hitting the receive shipment button and getting one artifact, or using a the All option and converting all of your artifact points directly to actual artifacts.

the "All" feature stops after the arti points fall below 1,000
(note: this means remaining points can be anywhere between 0 and 999 points depending on the last item pulled in the batch)

If you want to stop just below 3K (ship bots) or 4K (rescued prisoners) or 20K (mass storage pod) it is best to gather your artifacts manually so you can stop just below the arti points required for the particular item you're wanting.

otherwise, use the "all" feature
