I received a planet one of my legion Shared, which I then Planet Fluxed, but right after that the planet was attacked. No worries at the time... I just figured someone had the planet on their screen when I Fluxed so they had not lost it yet. Then someone attacked it again an hour and a half later!
Does not the Planet Flux artifact make people unable to detect said planet any more, even from notices in their log? I thought it wiped it from everywhere, but maybe I was mistaken. Or maybe I was just very unlucky and someone re-detected it in a scanning sweep.
Any thoughts? I would like to hear if I was thinking correctly before I use another Planet Flux...
Thanks for reading!

If its legion shared (even to someone that can attack it). It will stay in there sight for a day even fluxed.

I encountered the same confusion the first time I used a Planet Flux on a legion shared planet. Dan (the game developer) confirmed that the Planet Flux artifact does remove the planet from all regular scan lists but does NOT remove it from temporary legion shares. You'll need to keep an eye on and defend the planet until the legion share expires.

Thanks guys... I think I am out of the woods now, since it sounds like webguydan removed re-sharing, and that planet has not been attacked for over a day now. I still have a few planet defense artifacts taking up space in my hold that I may still use just to use them for another day, just to be sure.

So if I hacked a planet location from someone, conquered the planet, and now hold the planet, if I flux the planet now, the original "owner" of the planet would no longer be able to see it? Is that correct?

Is that correct? yes it is partly correct. once a planet has been fluxed their is a 24 hr window that it can still be viewed by the player if it was alerted to his legion. so if you take a planet and want to keep it after you flux it defend it for 24 hrs from the flux.

Hmmm never heard of that 24H Window ... There's been a change? The effect so far is immediate. You get fuxed that's it

that window goes like this: a legion share shows a planet location for 24 hours regardless of if it is still in the sender's scans.

If you invade a planet it gets you on their ship log(Which means two days of relentless attacking). If you flux it I beleive the same thing happens, but the planet gets removed from their database.(This is only based off of a faint memory of a planet I saw get fluxed, so tell me if Im wrong)

No, they dont see the planet anymore. They see your ship only. The planet disapears from their list when fluxed.

just to make sure i understand, so if i invade a planet they know my ship and the planet still, then i flux it and the planet is removed from their database, but for two days they can still see my ship?

Shares are 12 hours. Has anyone noticed how a planet is auto-shared for like 6 hours when someone fluxes it?

In that time, I have shared planets with my legion that I still see on my list. How and when do I ever get a planet flux? The only things Ive been getting in art drops is, crap. If I have to pay real money to advance in the game, all you old times will be playing a dead game soon. That will suck for you. You spent hours and real money, just to find no one to kill lol
