I have been saving up 25k artifact points for 15 days straight and haven't seen a single ice melter...

Did they go the way of the terraformer/quasi on Arti collection?

Ya they either did that or they are no longer available. I don't know for sure which it is.

i have saving for icemelters for more 30 days now but i still haven't seen one.Maybe now that i finish that quest with them will begin to apear.very curios about the chance....

In regards to Ice melters, quasis, and terraformers... Does anyone have any suggestions on the best strategy to use them or can someone direct me to a link that discusses the best way to use them?

I would use them on your best worlds. I would use your terraformers and quasis's on your best ice world if you have a melter till it's maxed out. Then once you can't up it anymore us the melter which will make it bigger anyways. Then you can have a super nice world that will help you a lot. Also if you don't all ready have them I would use your terraformers and quasis's on the missions that give you the exotic and the dyson first. They are worth every one of the things you use on them and you will not be disappointed. If you have any further questions and don't want to talk here send me a friend request on FB.
