Does available cargo space effect the artifacts obtained from collect all? Well more specifically if I had 25k ap with 2 cargo space left, would that increase my chances of getting an msp? or does the ap collect all randomly til the cargo is full and can't hold any more?

With 25k ap you would have an equal chance at each artifact.

Yea, well I guess I just asked a stupid question. I just thought maybe the randomness would decrease.
