Finding relays

 Im sorry if this comes off as a stupid question, but where do you get relays??? I thought you researched them but could I did not find them under the research tree in the wiki nor in the tier modules. This is seriously bothering me so thanks to anyone that responds

you have to research energy. every other tier there is a new relay.

and if you have any GP you can buy Father relays as well
