extracting artifacts

 when something is extracted in my case a permafrost network that already has its bonus would it lose that bonus once its in my cargo?

Yes it loses the bonus, until it is placed on another icy.

When you extract an artifact structure it reverts to its original form and any bonuses would be dependent on the planet you place it on afterwards.

with the exception of the triphase right? im pretty sure that they stay upgraded.
