critical hack medal

 Is there a rank that you have to reach before you can get firewall what firewall? Or does it only show up when you achive it?

Like medals such as the erudite, and the urbane it only shows as a possible medal when you have met the requirements to attempt it. for my examples that means you have to complete their chains.
