Prejoran Power Diffuser

 It takes 40 Prejoran Techs to build a Power Diffuser, and you can install up to 4 Power Diffusers. That means it would take 160 Prejoran Tech to build 4 of them. Except if you complete the Galactic Advance all the way to completion, and don't sell any of the Prejoran Tech, you would only get 80 Prejoran Tech. Enough to build 2 of them. Aside from bidding at an auction, how do you get more Prejoran Tech if you want to build more than 2 of them? Are there any other missions that give Prejoran Tech?
