What makes a galaxy legion player a good officer? I am interested in becoming a officer for a classy legion, any tips on being a officer?

make your leader look good to the public, also if you do your 'homework' you will be promoted to officer in no time.

back when i was playing edgeworld i had no wish to be the leader. i was war LT and i made everyone deal with my leader for diplomacy. this allowed me to fully commit taking our the enemy whenever we had a war. In the end my leader quit the game and i become leader cause my men picked me to replace him. i picked a LT to handle diplomacy for me instead so i could continue to serve my alliance to the best way possible.

i was the 3rd highest char on the server and people who often target my men cause they could not take me out. Th core of the alliance were people who followed me from my first alliance i joined when the leader went active and we had to decide if we could go on without a leader as this meant never getting any new lts assigned aka officers or merge into one of our current allies.

QFT, we have alot of officers here that may find themselves butt hurt, Elerian promoted people as placeholders to accept people into the legion when the leaders weren't on... officer status is coming getting high on that list of "things to do" of his.

I would say the main things you need are to use the legion Comm, common sense, people skills, and most of all to show that you really do want to help the legion in any way you can. Those are the main things. Also, as Xzien said, there's not much to it.

I never asked to become a officer, it was offered to me for activity, knowledge and wiliness to help Legion and players within.
