I have never had a quarrel with you to be forgiving. You want to put me on a list go right ahead and see the consequences. I see your ship nearly daily and will be glad to show you a quarrel. I was only stating the obvious that your game play and lack of any intelligent strategy has made you one of the weakest ships out there. That combined with you lack of thought in your posts makes you just simply laughable all around.

Are you trying to suggest a new tier? In that case, you've reached an all-time low of not even posting in the right place. Are you alluding to the fact that there should be a new one and you can't see it? Perhaps you thought your idea would get less -1s here? Maybe you are trying to manipulate someone else into suggesting a new tier, to which end your methods are unsubtle. New technologies are constantly being created, in the form of mission tech, NPC tech, etc. Look at the descriptions for many of the technologies. Try, just try and come up with a name and description for the next tier. The research trees peak at the current peak of scientific theory - as of right now, there can be no new tech tiers because simply none exist. All of the ideas (if I remember correctly) have scientific basis, and are not simply made up.

No. How "bright" something is, is not always relative. Whilst yes, the fact of the matter is that "bright" is ultimately an opinion, and that therefore you would think that you could never have an absolute answer, in fact you can. Let's say Barrack Obama decided to send all his troops to war in China with toy guns. Statistically, that's going to be unfavorable and you'll be able to see how "bright" of a strategy that is through the use of kill/death statistics. Now, with the strategy at mind, if you're really so weak for your rank, and you have this - pretty awful - strategy, then do you not think your current strength is indicative of the strategy you choose to employ?
