 remove a 50% Upgrade?

Post remove a 50% Upgrade?
ok so if i have a Obviation Barrier (50% Upgrade) can i use a "Mylarai Build Extractor" and take the upgrade off of the building and be able to use it somewhere else?

You cannot; those upgrades stay where they are.

and the extractors can't be used on buildable structures.
