Query : Do Flamehawks not count towards the medal?

I was at 487/500 for the medal. I just leveled, and went NPCing. I killed about 60 NPCs, of which 15 were Crimson Blades. ( 3 Tyrants and 12 Flamehawks. )

I went to check my medals because I knew I should have had it by that point, but it is only saying 490/500. So I'm assuming it counts the tyrants, but not the Flamehawks.

Is it bugging out on me, or is it supposed to be that way?

problem could be the second part of the condition instead



that includes, basickly any efeckts including Calming Amplifier, Neural Interface and even the truth efect you get if someone sets off your Halcyon Trap

I had considered that. I had no temporary effects of any kind, positive or negative, going so I discarded it as a possible reason.

cant see what you are running on your ship, but even an activaded module efect like

will prevent the kill from counting

when I did that medal ALL Crimson ships counted for the score - not only Tyrants, as long as I didnt run any boosts

I don't use any temporary buffs when I NPC hunt, aside from the occasional Drannik Saboteur on certain NPCs.
( And, before you ask, I don't use them on Crimson Blade ships. Not strong enough, so it'd be a waste. )

I can guarantee they count towards the medal. Done the seeing red with flamehawks.

Have you always been flying with the disguise? That's the only effect I don't have and flamehawks count just fine for me. Next time you get a couple flamehawks, maybe test it out. kill the first one with the disguise active. See if it counts. Kill the second one with it inactive. See if it counts.

I got it this morning when I logged on. It just wasn't counting them when I killed them for some reason.

( I must note, that is definitely a pleasant surprise to log on to. I wish more mornings were like that. )
