If I hack someone (I know, naughty me) and they crit hack a planet location from me, and then I temp flux it, can they still see the planet?

No they cannot. "Hides one of your planets from the lists of all the players who have currently scanned it."
If they alerted it, they could still see it, but if not, it's lost to them.
