Shield recharge

 Hello.
I tried to find some informations about the way shields auto-recharge, without success. The system says you regenerate X in an hour. How is the X calculated , how much a tick restores , what are the influences of artifacts / abilities ? Thanks for your answers  _________________ Dont ask yourself: What can my legion do for me? Thanks for your answers The amount of Shield Regeneration per tick is 2% of your maximum non-buffed shield. |

Also the recharge timer per tick can be reduced by artifacts dropped by some npc's.
