Can you receive Terraforming Devices from your mining ventures? The Wiki has it under common artifacts that you can get from mining you planets but it says N/A for the artifact points needed. I have not know any players that have gotten them yet.

In the beginning you could get TFs from your artifact draw, but it was removed a long time ago. TO Troop Carriers and Dark Scrap Carriers (maybe) and Galaxy points are the only way to get them now.

If ye don't find any in yer NPC tab, ye can try the Tracking the Contacts quest.....usually will get ya 1, mebbe 2.
