Post Exotic barrier?
What is the exotic barrier blueprint? I have seen a few missions with "blueprints" as rewards, what does that mean?

a blueprint is an artifact that gives you access to certain structures that you can build as many times as you want instead of an artifact that can only be used a limited amount of times.

Can those blueprint artifacts be stolen or are they permanent in inventory?

IDK for sure but seeing as they are artifacts...... But you should be using it the moment you get it, theres no kind of penalty using it and then not making one of the structures for a very long time.

Its a turret that has 85 attack and require 500 exotic matter to build.
