Darkside agenda is to group together and plan a major group hack continuously.. (who the victims are, I have no idea, i.e I do not know whether they hack those at random or actual bullies)

IMO these groups shouldn't exist. I believe they kill PVP by making it so that the slightest form or aggressiveness is met with an almost ritualistic ganking.
And even though so of these groups have rules stating (paraphrasing here) "If you stop being aggressive/ask for a truce, we'll stop" that would make you feel that these groups are righteous and fair. Well heres a news flash the people that act as an aggressor to members of these groups do not A:Know your in the group and B:Know the rules of your group.(most of the time).
And since members of these groups are not listed in game as members of these groups PVPers (who usually have multiple ppl asking their friends for help in attacking the PVPers) the aggressor cant tell whose attacking them for what reasons which can cause 2 the aggressor to attack another member either during or after the first whole mess up happens and the process starts again.

Thusly I consider these groups to be what will kill PVP. So please, lurk the forums, learn a bit, ask some questions, become good at the game, so that you dont need these groups to solve your problems.

(EDIT:Sheesh i did not realize i despise these groups this much. dang well I know what above sounds a tad pretentious and angry but i make some valid points please take this into account)

Collision..

Come join my DOO organization. We band together like wolf pack against any bullies and a-holes. We definitely would love to have you and other victims who were bullied in our organization so we can out-bully those bullies til they shallow their ego and we move on. We don't keep on bullying them however. We stop if they give up and wanted us to stop and we honor that.. But the whole point is that you would finally have powerful organization to watch your back so you can have fun playing GL..

We, DOO players, CANNOT wait for NPC boss/epic events so we can finally exercise our unity against NPCs and farm them.

I do want to see other organizations to grow and strong too. I hate the concept of monopoly however because it's just.. boring and no challenge.. DOO just happens to be first organization ever created for GL.. DS is second and MS is third..

I like GearQuest in-game guild system. I would like to see something like that in GL so there wouldn't be any confusion and fear from non-afflicated players. Too often, an aggressor saw a weak player and wanted to disable or hack that victim only to find out that the victim is part of DOO organization then that aggressor gets destroyed rather badly til they throw in white flag to realize their "mistake" and we all move on..

as do I, though I think we may want to get rid of a mass groups and stick to smaller ones.


So what about the lone wolf PVPers that dont do anything excessive but simply disable, raid, hack, and move on? Im sorry but if getting raided(this especially) disabled and hacked once or twice in a week is anything more then a slight annoyance, you need to learn how to play the game better. Not beat the crap out of someone who played the game.

All these groups, this is IMO one of the worst things that has happened to PVP in this game. I WILL NEVER JOIN OR REQUEST TO JOIN ONE OF THESE GROUPS AND I HAVE EXPLAINED MY REASONS IN ANOTHER THREAD

That's nice, Robert. Maybe you're strong enough not to get ganked constantly. I just got ganked twice in a row in the past half an hour. I'm not going to even bother repairing now, and I can't do any missions in the meantime since my ship is out of commission, so I'm forced to quit playing for a while.

actually you can do most missions while disabled.

Yes, I can do a couple of missions that will give me a whopping 27 XP.

its not the XP gained its the energy/XP ratio that matters. 1 energy for 2 XP is the same as 100 energy for 200 xp.

Plus, I learned my lesson... once I level up, my ship is automatically repaired, and I can get ganked again!

STAY DOWN! For God sakes stay down! lol Seriously, if you wait 24 hours till you drop off their lists and don't bother them anymore then that will be that. Not advocating you being bullied, just trying to help you get out from under it. Good luck mate!
