Okay Guys,
We're getting ready to build a CT Lab and I see that it requires 1,000 Tech Parts. If I am the person that is actually going to be building the lab, do I need to have the 1,000 tech parts in my own cargo hold or does the Base take them out of the amount that has been donated to the "upgrade" page?

You need them yourself. Best way to do it is ask people in your legion to send you the CTP.

I sort of thought so, but I didn't want to waste time starting a collection drive if it wasn't neccessary.

yep yep, and those 1k tech parts don't count toward your contribution either...

also, remember you need a level 4 base to build it. ive seen a few players wondering why they cant build one on a level 2 or 3... and its cause the minimum requirement is lvl 4.

yeah but that's nothing compared to the 1-1.5 months needed before we can continue contributing after hitting base lvl 6
