Is there a way to redistribute rank points?
I really need to do that...

Under 'Help,' you can reset your account, and start from scratch (you WILL start at level 1!!!). But unless you're REALLY far into the game, you should be fine. Just start allocating your rank points to where you need them to go for a few levels, and power through!

I'm level 34, what do you think I should do?

I doubt that you can't recover from whatever blunder you've made... I say, keep plugging away! What's your specific situation?

If I was at 34 I would reset.
Put all your points into decks! it'll pay off after level 40-50.
when you can accumulate 20000 artifacts points their is a artifact that takes 20000 points and gives you 60 cargo spaces. I got two of them.
Do not occupy a planet less than rich! Just wait and you'll find some or some will be shared. In fact most of my rich+ planets where either directly given to me or shared but the one mega planet I have I did have take.
while beneath level 20 attack others under 20 that appear inactive and hack for their planets. You'll get attacks and hacks out of the way that are needed for high level missions.

Personally I'm also a level 34 and I would just keep going. Why reset just allocate your upcoming rank points where you find you now need them. Good luck with your decision either way.
