New mission is up. There will be a follow up. 51 total completions required. Takes 600 energy and containment missiles. 40 times per completion. Reward is a shield module. Sz 25 shield 280. Upgrades to 1000%. 6% shoeld bonus when maxed. I'd share more, but currently on my phone.
*corrected an error shield is 280 not 250

Got to say, maybe it's just me... but I'm thinking the mini challenge is a LOT harder than any of the other previous mini challenges. Almost absurdly so. I'm going to keep whacking away at it so I can find the secret. But it's pissing me off a bit to have to spend 600 nrg each time.
Especially as I seem unable to find a way to spin atleast 3 of the tiles on the board.
I've had 6 goes at it now and I seem entirely unable to get 6 of the tiles to spin at all. If I had to hazard a guess, I'd say this is broken... and I'm still kinda pissed. Fix the tile spin mechanics and either dial the difficulty down 20% or add an extra 30 seconds to the timer.

Is there no one to confirm my experience...? Or to explain to me that I'm somehow being a numpty? I want nothing more than to crank 2 completions of this bad boy out today, but I'm left waiting to see what's going on...

It's difficult given that it is a new puzzle and we are so used to the other ones but may just take time an practice. As far as not getting tiles to spin, idk if there are fixed ones or if that is a game issue that needs reported.

Okay, I decided to give it a go and this time I double succeeded. What I've noticed is: 1. Dan made it a little easier than it was before. It's by no means a cakewalk, but maybe 10% easier. 2. I finally figured out how to make the non moving tiles rotate. You see, you're supposed to click on the tile beneath the target tile to rotate it. Beneath it or beneath it and to the right. Anyone who's seen the screen knows that there are multiple tiles with nothing underneath or diagonal down to the right of them. Then I realized that we were meant to click on the empty space where you would have clicked for all the other tiles. This causes the previously non moving tiles to spin.
Now that I know how it works, it's a lot less difficult to do. Nothing like the previous matching game. Perhaps even more enjoyable. Think a rectangular'ish board with 20 hexagonal tiles that spin so you can make patterns on them.

I had no problem with it and I did it on my phone, took about half the time given to do it, wasn't too hard to figure it out. Wasn't expecting a new mini challenge, but happy there is one, the other one was pretty boring.

I play GL not puzzle games on FaceBook. It sounds like this will be quite a pain and 600 energy is a pretty big drain coupled with the extremely low XP/E ratios of the preceding missions in this chain.

I've squared away using it on the desktop. The time I tried the phone there was some serious jinkery going on (3 tiles spinning when only one should).

I can no longer complete the puzzle. I will complete it, then GL will load, glitch, and reset the puzzle in a window where the whole puzzle can not even be viewed. This is in Google Chrome by the way. I submitted a ticket.
This puzzle is impossible to complete in Internet Explorer. To rotate a tile, you must click half a screen away for some reason. Obviously, you can't do this well in GL, because clicking outside of the puzzle popup will cause it to close.
EDIT:
The same bug also occurs on my phone now as well.

Not only did I not call you a liar, but I actually made my post about not having problems BEFORE you even made your post about having problems! Glad to see you haven't changed JT.
