Assuming you mean 20X in arti's I would say the avg price is around 15Kish. Now there are several things that can change this. Such as what type of planet it is. Such as an icy would go more then an oceanic. If its enemy owned or if you would abandon it. Are you willing to go to there legion to do the deal or would they have to come to you. And if its enemy owned what type of arti's are on it for them to have. Then you can add in if there are moons or rings on it or any other perm buff that be cloak, attack, defense, or what ever else there is.
