crit hacks almost impossible?!

In the hacker POV, their chance of failing of hack is increasing, thus counterhack is more often (compared to targets with weaker cloak), and leads to 'bigger' chance to crit counter hack, so yes, you are right. (as do I) One of the noticeable occurences can be observed when you are trying to get firewall medal vs a target with high cloak and low scan. You'll fail more often and prone to crit failed. (Just like Chris Idra and MiracleOne case  ) |

not exactly whatcha guys think... i actually adjusted & lowered some numbers from scan & cloak before Chris hacked me. I could be lucky I guess?! But look at how many hacks has he failed, and with that 3 planets added to my data. Either is super lucky or might be close hitting that balance formula?!

Either way, he is susceptible to multiple failures because he only got 50 Cloak to hack you (which I doubt has fewer than 200 cloak and scan combined). |
