Rank 16 and half way to my 2nd dom cannon, but atm it feels like i would need to be rank 40 or so
to fit all doms and use 20 decks for relayrs/other stuff..

Im really uncustomed to this low deck count

Honestly, if you go for the small ship you will regret it later on I think. You need 60 decks to hold the dominion cannons and relays so yeah, rank 41 by the time you get 'em all on.
