scan and cloak are part of it, +40%/-40% as well that show up I think.

oh and me level 326 just had a level 607 on battle tab as well

people can see down 40% of their level (so down TO 60% of their level) but there's no limit on the upper end

a lvl 260 will have people as low as 156 on his BT

Then why do you only see people kind of near your rank? Why don't I see rank 600s with quantum overload.

maybe QO isn't factored into battle tab lists

It must be because right now I have 6 scan, there is someone on my battle tab with 4 kronyn anomaly engines and 2 zolazin jammers on quantum overload.

no what i mean is their non-QO cloak value is probably used during BT selection

He said he had 6 scan, and that target had 185+ cloak before quantum overload - so that doesn't work.

My best guess is that there IS an upward boundary on the BT, but it is higher than 1.4x.

If i change my race to aerlen and complete Aerlen Field Training and The Aerlen 'Race' mission, later on if i change to another race, do i keep those 2 missions as my total missions completed count?
