Not that i am aware of everytime you go to www.galaxylegion.com and click play now. it brings you to facebook. so i don't think so

No its not possible but the game should be available not on facebook and Dan wouldn't have to pay facebook a share of the profits he makes

But unfortunatly without facebook being the Host of Galaxy Legion Dan wouldn't have the player demographic that it has now. Its bad to say but if dan changed the Host he would hardly get any new players and therefor miss out on the high chance of building his income.

If I were Dan I'd try to be on top of the Google + , they may one-up facebook although I haven't actualy seen it yet but perspective money to be made there. I love Google Chrome so yea
