 Planet invasion.

Post Planet invasion.
I wish to invade,I have a target,it has no defense,no offense,its population is 85/250. I sent it a engineered viris dropping its pop by 99.9 am I missing anything or should I proceed..............

Engineered virus prevents population growth. You still must drop the population to 10.

to add to what thunderbolta sald...

..... you should actually attempt invasion BEFORE using an engineered virus... that way if you succeed, you don't waste the virus...

And if the owner is mad, your population will recover naturally, rather than you having to use artifacts.
