Is there any exception to this rule? I reset my account once already, but I would like to reset it again . Thanks for any help!

i screwed my account up when i first started.... i think the best way to play is to learn to live with your mistakes... if you slow rank your ship will still be KICK ASS!!

I think you have 2 options really. First, ask Dan to reset it for you. You'll probably just need to explain your situation. Second, just play what you have for a month (or however much time you still need to wait) and learn more about the game. That'll help you prevent making other mistakes next time around. It'll also give you a chance to meet more people, make friends, and have a network of folks that would be willing to help you out with planets and resources when you do reset.

7 days I believe, unless it has been changed recently in order to try and combat multi's.

it says 30 days on the reset window.... feel free to try after 7 or 8 days though to find out whether the text is wrong
