Will Mylarai Extractors able to extract the upgraded structures and stored in a ship cargo like Hypergates or Sha'jha Uplinks?

Dan said it would, though I don't know if it takes off the upgrade and the base structure or just the upgrade.

from the way i understood dan's answers on the subject, it will give you an artifact version of the complete upgraded structure
