Where does one obtain the terraforming device artifacts required for the Terra Project mission, without having to purchase them? I have not run across them yet. |

artifact shipments, i think there 4K or maybe 6 |

Ahhhh! Okay... so its random then, and I just haven't gotten any yet. I normally wait until I have over 5K to get a shipment, but I just end up getting low level stuff around 1.5 K, with the exception of the prisoners I got once. |
