NPC Status not going down?

I have a npc in my screen I have hit for 50% of its health yet the screen still says 100% stable....

Level matched NPCs tend to do that.

once you start affecting their base values for hull and shield, itll change the display. if its a shadin ambusher, then itll be when you get it under 100 health.
