ok iam an newbe still , but iam haveing problem,s , any way how do you hack an ship cause iam an hacker but i dont know how to do it , I mean do you have to be an certain level or is there something you have to have on your ship in order to do it , plus where do you go to do it , I mean do you go to where you battle or somewhere else?

ok well iam level 22 now , but i have been putting my points on deck space for now , so i guess i need to start putting my points into cloaking and scaning...

There is no way for you to put rank points into cloak and scan. You need to install modules

Once you've researched modules, you have to buy them and equip them on your ship. Same goes with weapons, armor, shields, and so on. You can do this via the ship tab in the game. Click the Weapons, Defenses/Shields, etc. buttons underneath the rank points section to see what you already have and to buy more modules.
