Legion Base Questions

 Hey guys, i have a question.
I was wondering what's affecting the "Other Bonuses" on a legion base? If you don't understand just look at my pictures. Because i know there's other legion base with about 15000% and more of bonus.  |

your Base Level Bonus , Base Defender Bonus , Loyalty Bonus.

take each of the Base Level Bonus, Base Defender Bonus and Loyalty bonus... and do the following
divide each by 100 and add 1 now... multiply those 3 values together subtract 1 and multiply by 100 that gives you the Other Bonuses _________________ _________ Officer Namba1 of The Unknown, Lv.666+ Dark Smuggler |

Unrelated to the previous posters question. I've seen stuff about attacking legion bases. What is the consequence of having your base defeated? Is it just a pride thing, or do you have to start fresh?
