Terraforming device how many artifact points is it???

 I want to start the terra project and i was wondering how many artifact points they cost to get? Also how rare is the Hyper Terraforming Device like 1 every 5 missions?

You cannot get terraformers from the AP draw.
Also, the 'chance to get' is a mistake (or extremely rare). It's just one on completeion. _________________     |

lol, u get it at the end of the mission and u can't get terraformers form arti drops, u either buy them or get them off the rare npc T.O. troop carrier

How many artifact points are terraforming devices? Can you get them if you get a shipment of 100 artifact points or what?

they are not obtainable via artifact points

If you check the wiki the number of arti points required is N/A or non applicable, meaning, you can't get them in arti shipments also, the minimum arti points required for a shipment is 250 for either a flux probe, spy probe weapons/defense _________________  |

you can only get them by buying them with galaxy points or as a reward for killing the rare T.O. troo carrier NPC

You can buy them with Galaxy Points.
You can also (rarely) get them from NPCs. _________________ |

If I recall correctly, the Dark Scrap Carrier NPC has a CHANCE of dropping one, too. (So sayeth the Wiki, anyway.)
