Are they really useful? I'm hacking like crazy trying to afford both, but is the effort truly worth it? |

Decryption Quad-Frame : Only if your at full scan and cloak. Counter-Intelligence Nexus : These are nice any time. |

Quad frames are useful in the beginning and after. Decryption Quad Frames need to be gotten first get all 4 then Counter Intelligence Nexus is then the only useful thing unless you hack enough to use Bypasses |

aye.. go for 4 quads first... then get maybe 2 tactical bypass (never know when you might decide you want them)... then you can focus on the counter intels |

The reason that getting four Decryption Quad-Frames first is a good idea is because each one will make getting more Blue Badges that much easier. |
