Are the race unlocks available after you reset your account.

I am not too sure but I seriously doubt so. Race unlocks are mission rewards like many other things you obtain while playing. I am pretty sure you lose the race unlocks when you reset.

They were for me but so were my 8 npc slots ... for about 24hrs then it wasn't. Dan probably fixed that, so I wouldn't count on it. I was just the first person to reset who actually had unlocked stuff I think.
