I have seen others post them and i have even got lucky enough to get one :) But my question is how do i post them for others?

you go to the artifacts page and click the blue "Share" button, if it dosnt have one your not supposed to be able to share it.

ok i think i have it now. i thought it was like a few other games that just gave away stuff at random to your buddy list. ty

after you click share it will pop up with a box in the top left that says click to share. then after you click that it will pop up with a publish window. click publish. and bingo! you shared the artifact.
