This afternoon, the Galactic Paladins got the rare chance of finding Warp Fleets base. It was killed in 1 shot and no one got a badge. If you see this base, save your time and scan again. Don't waste 8 hours like we are! Dan said the lock can't be reset so we are all just sitting here grumpy that we have to wait another 8 hours. Learn from our problem! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I guess there is a possibility that this will still 'disabled' forever and no one else will have this great luck but who knows. |

i'm HOPING Dan lets bases stay disabled until repaired (with certain downsides to staying disabled, like my suggestion a few weeks go)... but that's not in the game yet, is it? you can be hit by two different legions back to back |

I am assuming that you cannot use Base Abilities (like the +% production abilities) when you are disabled - which should be punishment enough That being said, after reading this thread I am wondering if removing all of your shield and hull modules is a valid strategy for avoiding having anyone attack your Base? Guessing probably not, since you cannot see the base stats before you lock and if you get a lock on a 1-hit base then you are already locked-out so you might as well kill it anyway. |

the most you can hope from uninstalling all your tactical modules is that legions spread the word about how quickly your base dies so the legions that care will not hit you |

The Dysonians ended up with the same problem with Dragoncore's base. Noone got badges from that one either. That is a level 5 base. |

The number of people in the legion gives you a clue about the base. Warp Fleet has 0 (that's zero) members. We scanned it too but we passed on it. Yay us. |

Now that it's disabled, it shouldn't come up on anyone else's scans since there's nobody home to repair the thing. |

bases are granted 25 hull immediately after they're disabled I believe, if we allow them to stay disabled it should only be under the condition that they can't add ANYTHING new to the base(abilities modules etc), besides energy, CTP and EM, and their defender bonus should never rise above 0% after all they shouldn't be rewarded for keeping their base disabled |

Simple solution to that I would think, your disable bonus (the production bonus that builds up over 10 days for not being shot down) dosen't start to rebuild until you repair it. |

It's best to avoid any base run by 10 or less legion members. Check the legion's member list before make a target lock rather than being sorry. |
