printscreening depends on whether you're using a pc, mac, or iphone...


as for the first question...
it's pretty easy for anyone to get to level 3... dedicated individuals can get into lvl 4 and possibly to lvl 5 by themselves (with time)

here are the cumulative totals needed to reach each level...
for example... by the time the base is level 4, a total 100K energy, 75K exotic matter, and 5K complex tech parts have been contributed, and the last level worth was done by people with AI Logistics researched.

The table on the wiki shows what's needed to go from each level to the next. This one shows the total sum needed to reach each level listed, from a newly started legion.

Advanced Logistics Lv.1 (req for initial base construction) only requires total 1,000 research in the base research branch alone
A.I. Logistics Lv.1 (req for lvl 4 base) only requires total 98,000 research in the base research branch alone
Sub-Quantum Logistics Lv.1 (req for lvl 6 base) only requires total 1,048,000 research in the base research branch alone
Dimensional Logistics Lv.1 (req for lvl 7 base) only requires total 8,048,000 research in the base research branch alone
Hyper Logistics Lv.1 (req for lvl 8 base) only requires 58,048,000 total research in the base research branch alone
