 hey how do you get a crimson auto-phaser, crimson auto-laser, vortul blast phaser, and mylarai plasma lance?

The first 3 are from NPCs, all can be obtained from the sub-rank 200 Vortul elite and the first 2 are also available from Crimson armories a rare NPC. The Mylarai plasma lance is from a mission NPC in the Octofari/Mylarai chain. Check out the wiki: www.galaxylegion.com/wiki for info if you have similar questions.
