When scanning ... Your cloaking ability is not powerful enough. But yet when I try to remedy the situation .. Ship already has maximum number of cloaks installed. So .... what do I do now? |

I think you mean research into higher cloaking tech. |

Both wont hurt, but cloaking tech adds better modules for jammers and stealth platting. Which you can have two of each on your ship. |
