You have to get a trade pact with a legion OR better yet, there are a few groups on FB that are basically trading and selling centers. Look up CTP store, Galaxy legion Black Market, Galaxy trading post. Rate is 1 ctp= 10 Kurenite = 100 Exotic matter If you only have 13, 1) save them for when you might have a greater need to sell or trade them, 2) invest in your legion base. |
