As a Builder, 8400m/h allows me to live fairly comfortably with my 3.9B upkeep. Only time I run close is when I upgrade or do an unexpected invasion.

Currently running 6.2K an hour, and would easily cover an upkeep of 3Bil which mine will soon be.(Non-Builder).

once you reach the highest mineral payout- the approximate calculation i have done shows about 1100 minerals per hour = about 1b a day

but this varies dramatically based on luck- i took a very long range calculation- about a weeks worth- and calculated back

Cheers

What level do you get this kind of payout? Is there a chart somewhere showing different levels of payouts?

You start drawing Aidonium at rank 160. That's when your income really starts getting higher.

I believe that around level 350 it stops getting better

I am 360 odd- if it does get any better i will be happy- but i have read elsewhere that it gets no better from here

My max total capacity is 32K. What have you found to be the best way to increase that? I currently have -/hour production and max out in 12 hours. Sometimes not at home to get. Wanna correct this! Is it more mining planets of certain size, higher level research...etc. thanks.

Capacities are :

Minerals is 500 per planet you own
Artifacts is 1000 per planet you own
Research is 150 times your rank

Only 3 things can increase your total mining capacity.

  • Colonizing more planets (of any type) increase it at the rate of 500 units/planet
  • Mineral Storage Towers increase it by 2000 and are available for purchase with GP (and in the trade forum but more complicated)
  • Polychoron Vaults increase all 3 resource capacities by 1000

Thanks for the quick response. I kept searching after my post and found Sparkys response in a rank capacity post. Thanks though for the complete answer for all that I did not ask for! Will get good use out of that for the legion.

I think the probability of better minerals increases with rank. Not sure but I think the peak mineral, i.e. the one you get the most of, moves downwards on the list as rank increases.

Anyone else noticed this?
