How much do Mylarai charge to upgrade planets? Or if you sell one, how much for like a 15x Massive?

to go from extremely abundant to 15x mega rich takes 20 uses... that's 800 hours...
assuming i could have stuffed 30 mining into that one planet, that would be about 324000 minerals in 800 hrs that i wouldn't be getting if i sold that planet
24K usually gives me about 1.2B.... so i'd say about 16.2 B credits would be my advertising price... i wouldn't sell below 15 B for a 15x non-toxic
