i just bought an Assimilation Locus from the battle market and used it on a planet i invaded JUST a minute ago and it didnt give me double bonus. i wouldnt of wasted my green badges on it if it didnt double. anybody know what gives???! |

Double the original bonus, not double the planet's population value. +200 population instead of just +100. |

Assimilation Locus [ Planet Structure - Size:2, Mining:2, Population:100 ] Puts the enemy to work in your mining facilities. The bonus doubles if used on a 'New Colony' that you recently invaded. (limit 1 per planet) Did you use any Planetary Time Vortex's before putting it on? If so it's not a 'New Colony' anymore , you have to use the Assimilation Locus before you use any Planetary Time Vortex's. |

If so it's not a 'New Colony' anymore , you have to use the Assimilation Locus before you use any Planetary Time Vortex's. remember, the planetary time vortex advances development of a colony by 1 day (actually 1 day 1 hour)... 1 day old colonies are "Emerging", no longer new... so always make sure to put the assimilation locus on the planet before using a planetary time vortex (assuming you're planning on using one at all)... this was more than likely the original poster's mistake (though he hasn't confirmed it yet) |
